Overnight Front Desk Agent

Join the Highlands Lodge team at East West Hospitality as our Overnight Front Desk Agent! In this role, you’ll be the friendly face and problem-solver during the night shift, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service for guests and owners. From handling after-hours requests with professionalism to creating a welcoming, home-away-from-home atmosphere, you'll play a key role in delivering memorable overnight experiences. Responsibilities Include:

• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
• Conduct thorough arrival inspections, collaborating with the Front Desk and Property Manager to resolve any maintenance issues before guests arrive.
• Escort guests during arrivals and departures, assisting with luggage and providing unit orientations or property tours as needed.
• Maintain clean and inviting public areas, including the lobby, pool, coffee station, and garages, while addressing guest and owner requests.
• Assist with minor repairs and guest home needs, ensuring safety and security protocols are followed for a seamless stay.

Location: Highlands Lodge - Beaver Creek, CO

Start Date: 2/26/2025

Pay Rate: $24/hr

Employment Status: Full-Time, Year Round

Schedule: 9:00PM - 7:00AM, 40 hours a week.

The ideal candidate has customer service experience, preferably in front desk or front office roles, with additional hospitality experience being a plus. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is also highly desirable.
