What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shuttle Driver position at East West?
Founders Place is hiring a full-time Shuttle Driver to provide safe and exceptional transportation for our owners and guests. If you thrive in winter conditions and enjoy delivering top-notch hospitality, this is the perfect role for you!
Duties Include:
- Drive the Experience: Safely transport owners and guests between designated locations, ensuring timely departures and arrivals while making every ride a first-class experience.
- Snow Ready: Start the shuttle/van daily and clear off frost or snow for safe operation. Perform daily checks on the vehicle (lighting, fluids, tires, cleanliness) and fuel as needed using the corporate charge card.
- Gear Assistance: Load and unload skis and luggage with care.
- Customer Engagement: Interact with passengers in a friendly, professional manner, provide information about the area, and anticipate their needs.
- Clean & Pristine: Keep the shuttle/van clean inside and out, ensuring it’s always presentable.
- Communication Pro: Maintain clear communication with dispatchers or supervisors regarding passenger needs and route adjustments.
- Team Support: During quieter periods, assist the Front Desk team with tasks such as handling packages, answering calls, and other responsibilities as needed.
Location: Founders Place - Park City, Utah
Employment Status: Full-Time, Year-Round
Pay Rate: $20/hour
Start Date: 01/16/2025
The ideal candidate will be:
- A safe, insurable driver with a valid U.S. driver’s license who can pass a background check and meet insurance requirements.
- Candidate must have availability to work weekdays, weekends and holidays.
- An exceptional communicator in English (spoken, written, and read).
- Physically capable of lifting and carrying ski gear and luggage.
- Comfortable using a driver’s app to manage pick-ups, drop-offs, and interactions.
- Eager to extend genuine hospitality and positively impact owner and guest experiences.
- Living locally in the Park City area (strongly preferred).
