We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Member Experience Specialist to join our team! This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our members.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist members with daily banking transactions in the lobby, drive-up, and over the phone.
- Educate and promote bank products and services to enhance the member experience.
- Open and close personal savings and checking accounts when requested.
- Responsible for managing CDs (opening, renewing, closing, withdrawals, etc.).
- In collaboration with accounting, process wires in/out of EWSB.
- Maintain accuracy, compliance, and professionalism in all member interactions.

- Previous experience in banking or financial institution (required).
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
