What are the responsibilities and job description for the Latchkey Site Lead - Martin Elementary position at East YMCA?
The Site Director is additional responsible for the quality, management and direction of the site, the implementation of operation involving safety, nutrition, collection of additional enrollment forms, hygiene, scheduling, tuition and balance due collection, discipline, curriculum, planning, programming, record keeping, supply requests and maintenance of site. Other responsibilities include reporting individual staff absences, follow-up child absences and maintain daily required sign-in/out rosters with parent signatures.
Min Requirements/Qualifications:
- Min age 18
- High School diploma or GED
- CDA Credential
- Technical cert or ECE diploma
- AND 6 month's experience in early childhood education providing direct care and supervision of children
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
