Eastbay Lodge Resort is reopening with a fresh feel, a brand-new remodel, and a completely elevated experience—showcasing the best location on Lake Holcombe. As we prepare for our highly anticipated Grand Opening on April 1, 2025, we’re looking for skilled, reliable, and passionate bartenders to join our team and be part of something truly special.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Experience required – Proven bartending skills in a high-energy setting
✔ Reliability is a must – We need dedicated, trustworthy team members
✔ Exceptional customer service – Friendly, outgoing, and able to create a welcoming atmosphere
✔ Ability to craft and serve cocktails with speed, accuracy, and consistency
✔ Strong knowledge of liquor, beer, wine, and mixology
✔ Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
✔ Team player mentality – Work collaboratively with servers, barbacks, and management
✔ Wisconsin bartender’s license (or willingness to obtain one prior to start date)
