Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant General Manager (AGM) to support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with Connecticut's cannabis regulations, and leading our team to deliver outstanding customer experiences. The AGM will play a crucial role in establishing our dispensary's presence in the community and ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
· Operational Support: Assist the General Manager in all aspects of dispensary operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash management, and inventory control.
· Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor staff to ensure adherence to company policies and state regulations.
· Customer Service: Maintain a high standard of customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
