Job Description: We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Budtender to join our team in Connecticut. As a Budtender, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and educational environment for our customers while ensuring compliance with all state and local regulations.
Responsibilities:
· Greet customers and provide exceptional service in a professional and friendly manner.
· Educate customers on cannabis products, their effects, and proper usage based on individual needs.
· Assist customers in selecting products that meet their preferences and requirements.
· Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and product displays.
· Accurately handle cash and process transactions using the point-of-sale system.
· Stay updated on cannabis products, industry trends, and regulations.
· Ensure compliance with all state and company policies regarding the sale of cannabis.
Qualifications:
· Must be at least 21 years old.
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Previous retail or customer service experience (cannabis industry experience preferred).
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
· Knowledge of cannabis products and their effects is a plus.
