Are you ready to bring your leadership skills to the next level? We’re on the hunt for an enthusiastic and energetic Team Leader to be the right-hand to our Store Manager and help steer the ship toward success!
As the Team Leader, you’ll have a hand in everything from daily operations to boosting sales and creating a top-notch experience for our awesome customers. With your dynamic approach, we know you’ll create a fun and productive work environment that leaves everyone smiling!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Running the Show: Help open and close the store, keeping everything running smoothly (because who doesn’t love a well-oiled machine?).
- Inventory Mastermind: Keep our shelves stocked and organized, ensuring everything is where it should be. You're the keeper of all things inventory!
- Mentor Extraordinaire: Train, guide, and inspire our team to reach their full potential. We want them to be as amazing as you are!
- Customer Champion: Provide exceptional service, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile. You’ll be the go-to problem solver with a friendly attitude.
- Team Player: Getting along swimmingly with not only your coworkers, but the vendors within Eastbrook! Being a team player ensures that the work environment is both positive and efficient.
- Furniture Mover Extraordinaire: You’ll need to be physically able to regularly move furniture and displays around the store to keep things fresh and visually appealing. It’s all part of the fun—think of it as a mini workout!
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: You've got retail management under your belt and love leading a team.
- Skills: You’re great with numbers (retail math is your jam!).
- Organized & Detail-Oriented: You love a good plan and know how to keep things on track without breaking a sweat.
- Communication Wiz: Whether it’s chatting with customers or leading your team, you’ve got top-notch phone and in-person communication skills.
- Strong & Agile: A bit of physical strength goes a long way—you're ready to move furniture, shelves, and displays to keep the store looking sharp and fresh.
