Our organization is looking for a Front Desk Attendant/ Security to join our fast-paced and progressive team. The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator, possess excellent customer service skills and can quickly learn to multitask and prioritize. The Front Desk Attendant/Security will be responsible for ensuring the efficient flow of visitors through the office and for providing quality customer service. Needed for Evenings and Weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Answer questions and provide basic information to patients in a courteous and professional manner.
- Ensure that visitors check in using the Visitors' Kiosk
- Handling phone calls with proper phone etiquette
- Escort staff to vehicles if needed
- Make frequent rounds around facility.
- Distribute information to patients and staff.
