ABOUT THE ROLE
EastCoast Entertainment (ECE), the largest full-service entertainment agency in the country, is looking for an experienced sales professional with a background in event sales, entertainment, or hospitality. As an Entertainment Consultant / Sales Agent, you will manage relationships with event planners, venues, corporate clients, and private buyers while booking entertainment from our diverse talent roster.
This position requires an entrepreneurial mindset, strong relationship-building skills, and a track record of sales success and / or understanding of the luxury events industry. It is based in Palm Beach County, and the candidate must reside in that market or be willing to relocate.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and manage a book of business with defined sales goals and revenue targets.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities throughout Florida.
- Build strategic relationships with event planners, venues, and corporate decision-makers.
- Provide expert recommendations to clients for tailored entertainment solutions.
- Produce and manage entertainment on-site for corporations, venues, and private event buyers.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the EastCoast Entertainment roster of exclusive bands and DJs.
- Conduct regular client meetings, both virtually and in person.
- Perform proactive outreach through calls, emails, and networking events.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless booking experiences.
- Represent EastCoast Entertainment at industry events, networking functions, and exclusive gatherings.

This role reports directly to the Location Managing Director and collaborates with leadership across multiple ECE locations.
