The EASTCONN's Bridges Community School (Autism Program) is seeking an Instructional Assistant to provide 1:1 support with children with autism and related disabilities. This position will support professional staff working directly with students, both within our Autism program in Columbia. Experience with children with autism spectrum disorders or significant behavioral needs and application of applied behavior analysis
preferred.

Minimum requirements: High School Diploma. Basic computer competency required.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Within six (6) months of appointment, must successfully complete Safety Care training and recertification annually.
- Within one (1) year of appointment, must complete and maintain certification for First Aid and CPR training.
