Responsibilities
- Manage SEO for company website
- Manage company GSA schedule
- Handle clerical tasks such as document preparation.
- Coordinate communications between departments.
- Document creation as needed
- Serve as a personal assistant to executives or managers as needed.
- Oversee implementation of new company inventory system
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and practices.
- Experience as a dental receptionist or medical receptionist is a plus.
- Proficient in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong clerical skills with a focus on accuracy.
