Our centers are National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) accredited. As an Associate Teacher, you will assist the Lead Teacher with the academic, social-emotional growth and development of all children in their care, which may include infants, toddlers and/or preschool age children; develops partnerships with parents/child’s caregivers to engage and encourage parent participation in program.
This role is for you if you have:
One (1 ) year prior experience working with children required
Minimum of nine (9) Early Childhood Education credits; three (3) of these credits need to be in a child growth and development class
Ability to communicate with colleagues, children and families, listen well, and work effectively with others
Understanding of child development, developmentally appropriate practice and positive behavior intervention and supports
Hours: This is a 40-hour full time Monday-Friday position.
Compensation: $19.00 - $26.00 hourly, based upon qualifications, related experience and education.
