Full-Time / 35 hours per week / Hybrid

Pay Range: $20.00-$28.00/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns promoting Easterseals’ various programs in coordination with the Marketing team and subject matter experts.
• Create written and visual web, email, and social media content.
• Manage the organization’s social media accounts while creating engaging content. Modify templates for various social media formatting parameters. Monitor social media analytics, trends, and new features to identify actionable strategies, such as optimal times for posting, frequency, and automation.
• Collaborate with the Development team to design graphics, write key messaging, and create marketing materials to support fundraising campaigns and events.  
• Coordinate, design, and publish emails including monthly and quarterly newsletters, and other campaign-based emails. Maintain segmented lists using an email marketing platform.
• Edit and create landing pages and manage navigation on the Easterseals Massachusetts website using a Content Management System (CMS).
• Design flyers, brochures, event program booklets, digital ads, postcards, and other materials as needed.
• Develop content calendars on a weekly and monthly basis for the organization's programs, events, and other initiatives. Identify local groups, blogs, and other outreach platforms to share organizational information.
• Provide marketing support at in-house and offsite events. This includes occasional nights and weekends.
• Research best practices and trends for targeted social media engagement, fundraisers, and events promotion.
• Assist the Director of Marketing and Communications as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in special training and experience
• 2 or more years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; strong ability to write and proof-read content
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, technologies, and best practices
• Strong experience in social media management for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn, using social media management platforms, like Sprout Social.
• Experience with content writing for SEO and website editing with CMS, such as Drupal
• Experience with email marketing using email marketing platforms, such as Constant Contact
• Experience with Canva (or similar) and familiarity with Adobe products for graphic design and minor photo editing
• Familiarity with website analytics, Facebook ads, Google Ads, and search marketing techniques is not required but preferred
• Flexibility and organization are essential for helping with the management of various short-term marketing objectives and longer-term projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with social mission/ advocacy campaigns, particularly related to disability communities is not required but preferred
