Position Overview:
We are a custom PVC Millwork shop specializing in exterior components. We are looking to grow our team with a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to manage the flow of custom PVC millwork jobs from the initial estimating phase through production to final delivery. In this role, you will be responsible for tracking and ensuring that all projects move smoothly and efficiently through each phase, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and customer specifications are met. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a deep understanding of project management, and the ability to collaborate with various teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Tracking: Monitor and track custom PVC millwork projects from estimating to production and final delivery, ensuring all deadlines, budgets, and specifications are met.
- Customer Communication: Provide updates to clients and internal teams on project status, timelines, and any potential changes to the project scope.
- Liaison between Teams: Serve as the main point of contact between the estimating team, production staff, logistics, and project managers to ensure smooth communication and project flow.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring that all stages of production and delivery are completed on time and within scope.
- Documentation Management: Organize and maintain all relevant project documentation, including quotes, production schedules, change orders, and delivery notes.
- Problem-Solving: Address any potential issues or delays in the production or delivery process, working closely with team members to find solutions and minimize disruptions.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and suggest improvements to processes to streamline project flow and enhance team efficiency.
Working Environment:
- Full-time position with standard working hours.
- Occasional travel to client sites or delivery locations as required.
- Fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $62,400.00 per year
