- ECHO is currently looking for someone to fill an opening in our Myrtle Beach location.
- Eastern Carolina Housing Organization (ECHO) is a non-profit, homeless service provider which encompasses the 13 northeastern counties of South Carolina and 3 counties in southeastern North Carolina. The corporate office is located in Myrtle Beach, SC, with a satellite office in Sumter, SC.

Responsibilities:
- Evening routine walk-through of facility and grounds to ensure safety and security of residents at the property.
- Evening shift monitoring surveillance cameras
- Enforces rules and promotes safety at the facility for the residents
- Data entry and case notes
- Manage and maintain the physical property
- General cleaning and housekeeping to include laundry, sweeping and mopping.
- Occasional overnight shift for weekly coverage
- Working as part of a team to ensure the safety and security of the residents are maintained.
- Follows the Housing First, client-centered approach to serving program participants
- Transports clients in company vehicles when necessary
- Plate and serve meals
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to function well in a high-paced environment
- Ability to document all interactions with clients in a clear, unbiased language

- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- General knowledge of standard office equipment
- Experience with trauma-informed services and practices
Physical Requirements:
- Able to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time
- Able to lift at least 25 pounds with or without assistance
