Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support in a busy medical office environment.
- Coordinate patient care by scheduling appointments, managing referrals, and maintaining patient records.
- Ensure patient records are accurate, up-to-date, and properly documented.
- Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and healthcare teams via phone, email, and in person.
- Demonstrate proficiency in medical terminology to support seamless patient care coordination.
- Work closely with healthcare providers to facilitate smooth care transitions.
- Perform other administrative duties as required.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and patient care coordination.
- Proficiency in medical administrative tasks, including scheduling and record management.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or Medical Assistant certification preferred.
