Position Start Date: Fall 2025
Salary: Based on CEA Master Agreement
Position Purpose: Chaska Football is seeking a dynamic and transformational leader to join our coaching staff as the varsity offensive coordinator. This is an opportunity to help lead our high school football program, focusing on building a competitive offensive unit and a positive culture. The ideal candidate would be someone with experience at the high school or college level, preferably with play calling or coordinator responsibilities, and committed to developing young athletes on and off the field.
The offensive coordinator will work closely with the head coach and be responsible for building and developing schemes, strategies & game planning, collaborating with coaches, player development, film breakdown, scouting, and other responsibilities.
