Responsible To: Executive Director of Community Education
Qualifications:
Major Job Functions; Specific Tasks/Required Knowledge, Ability and Skills: Provide strategic leadership, operational oversight, and program development for district wide early childhood programs within the Community Education Department in ECCS. This role is responsible for supervising staff, ensuring high-quality instruction, fostering community partnerships, and supporting families with children birth to age five. The Manager of Early Childhood Programs ensures compliance with state and federal regulations, and alignment with district goals to enhance school readiness and early learning outcomes. This is a fulltime position
Salary: $155,934 up to $3400 for longevity for time working in the district
Compensation and Yearly Duration of Employment: Compensation will be determined by District 112.
