Days/Hours: Year Round; 8.0 hrs/day; Wednesday - Friday = 2:45pm - 11:15pm & Saturday - Sunday = 2:00pm - 10:30pm
Salary: $24.06/hr. $0.40/hr.
$500 Hiring Bonus: $250 after probationary period (120 days); $250 after one year
$250 Referral Bonus
Responsible To: Director of Buildings & Grounds
Position Purpose: Under general supervision, perform maintenance and cleaning tasks and operation of various types of cleaning equipment to care for and maintain assigned buildings and related facilities; and perform related work as required. You may be assigned to work at different buildings depending on the needs of the district.

Qualifications/Physical Requirements:
Compensation and Yearly Duration of Employment: This position is posted as a full-time (40 hrs/week), twelve (12) month position. In addition, the pay includes an additional compensation for each level of boilers license when licenses are obtained. Eligibile for benefits as negotiated with Union Local 70 and District 112 plus enrollment in Minnesota's largest retirement pension! This position is eligible for overtime and comp time.
