Job Overview:
Assist the Project Manager and Superintendent in managing design documents, following up on design meetings, and coordinating between the site and the design team.
Maintain project records systematically and handle design drawing requests and reviews.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare daily reports and record project progress.
Attend design meetings, document key decisions, and follow up on action items.
Request and review 2D CAD and PDF drawings from subcontractors.
Request and review updates to 3D Revit models from subcontractors.
Support construction activities by conducting material quantity takeoffs from design drawings.
Organize and maintain project documentation systematically.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
Experience in design coordination or construction document management preferred.
Proficiency in CAD, Bluebeam, and Navis software preferred.
