Job Summary: This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to customer service and compliance. Must have flexibility in schedule.
Key Results Areas:
Customer Demonstration Experience (70%)
- Transportation: Drive the demo bus to scheduled appointments set by the Outside Sales Team, with up to 2-4 stops per day, including possible flights.
- Setup: Arrive 30 minutes early to set up equipment, ensuring timely readiness for demonstrations.
- Territory Coverage: Service areas include NYC, Long Island, NJ, MD, DE, VA, WVA, OH, and PA.
- Onsite Duties: Set up the bus for demos, managing equipment like lights, generators, and TVs, and ensuring all demonstrations are fully operational.
- Brochure and Swag Management: Maintain adequate stock of brochures and promotional items.
Vehicle Maintenance and Support (20%)
- Maintenance Schedule: Oversee regular maintenance for the vehicle and its components, addressing inspections and unforeseen issues.
- Cleanliness: Ensure the vehicle is always clean and presentable.
Vehicle and Driver Compliance (5%)
- Compliance Requirements: Maintain necessary documentation including a medical card, MVR background check, and pass DOT drug testing.
- Logbook Maintenance: Keep a logbook for compliance and adhere to traffic laws.
- Storage Locations: Familiarity with storage sites in Edgemont PA, Ashland VA, and Carnegie PA.
Other Duties as Assigned (5%)
- Additional responsibilities as needed.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and ability required.
EDUCATION/ REQUIRED: High School Diploma or equivalent.
CREDENTIALS: Valid Driver’s License required. Maintain necessary documentation including a medical card, clean MVR background check, and pass ongoing DOT drug testing.
Must be able to travel for extended periods of time, often overnight.
EXPERIENCE: 1 year in a related field or work environment.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/ WORKING CONDITIONS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Primary environment: varying temperatures, driving in various weather conditions, lighting and traditional vehicle equipment as found in a typical industrial vehicle.
Sitting and driving for prolonged periods of time may be required. Individuals may need to sit or stand as needed.
May require walking primarily on a level surface for periodic periods throughout the day.
Reaching above shoulder heights, below the waist or lifting as required in order lift documents and other items throughout the workday. Proper lifting techniques required. May include lifting to 25 pounds on occasion.
The performance of this position may occasionally require exposure to the manufacturing areas where under certain areas require the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses with side shields and mandatory hearing protection.
