Who We’re Seeking: Curious, passionate and resourceful engineers or technically minded professionals to join us in solving our customers’ greatest technical challenges. Must be comfortable and thrive on working with various internal and external stakeholders to provide the best-in-class process control solutions. Strong listening skills, technical communications skills, and organization are critical; you listen to the customer with care, can explain how something works, how it will solve a problem and/or work within a manufacturing process. You go beyond designing a solution or specifying a quote- you build a critical technical and personal relationship with your customers and become their trusted advisor.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering) or Business & Engineering (Sales, Technical Sales, Entrepreneurship), preferred but not required.
Experience: Ideally, you have 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role and familiarity with the industrial automation/ process control industry (working with end users, integrators, and/or engineering firms). Candidates must possess an enthusiasm for the types of products we sell and service (process measurement instrumentation, controls valves, actuators, positioners, gas & flame detection and electrical heat trace). Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and CRM platforms is helpful.
