Roles And Responsibilities
- Manage field operations and site activities with a focus on excellence.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards through innovative solutions.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and project teams to achieve project goals.
- Monitor site progress and address any issues proactively.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards through strategic initiatives.
- Conduct regular site meetings and status updates.
- Manage site risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Prepare and present site reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within field operations.
- Ensure resource allocation aligns with project requirements.
- Complete Daily Reports
- Keep track of equipment and release when not being used efficiently
- Notify office at least (1) week in advance of any material needed
- Record material arriving to site
- Send packing slips of material arriving to site
- Prepare laydown areas and inspect all deliveries
- Coordinate deliveries and keep inventory of all material onsite
- Check jobsite for opening readiness
- Create solutions for challenges or issues
- Deliver or pick up material as needed
- Visit all jobsites as needed (including out of town)
- Oversee layouts, fabrication
- Update weekly install log
- Lead all water tests
- Do a huddle up every morning at 7 am to ensure jobsite safety and daily work path
- Assist in preparation of change orders
- Review all drawings and identify potential issues
- Attend all jobsite meetings
- Ability to work with subcontractor at every stage of the way
- Learn all installation manuals
- Maintain QA/QC Log
- Learn and study PM management procedures and practices
- Maintain a safe onsite work environment
- Prepare for jobsite mobilizations
- Create reports for Sr. Superintendent
- Maintain communication with office team
- Do material takeoffs
- Communicate with GC and subcontractors
- Strong field management and supervisory skills.
- Knowledge of construction processes and regulations.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
- Significant experience in field operations within the construction industry, with a minimum of 5 years in the field.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- High level of integrity and commitment to excellence.
- Continuous learning mindset and adaptability to new technologies.
- Minimum 5 years in project management and/or relevant achievements & performance
- Minimum 3 Years in Building Envelope Specialty Contracting Field Experience
- Must be able to travel and work out of state
- $70,000K per year (Depending on Experience)
Salary : $70,000
