Maintenance Technician - Keep Our Facilities Running Smoothly!
Pay: $16.91 - $17.42 per hour, DOE
Are you a problem solver who loves working with your hands? Do you enjoy tackling a variety of maintenance tasks and keeping things in top shape? If so, we want you on our team!
What You'll Do:
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be the go-to person for keeping our Head Start and Early Head Start facilities (plus other properties) safe and functional. Your work will include:
- General repairs-plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, windows, and doors
- Preventative maintenance to keep everything running smoothly
- Some yard care as needed
- Providing backup support for the delivery team and assisting with warehouse and receiving tasks
- Using email and electronic work order systems to track and complete maintenance tasks
Who You Are:
πΉ Skilled in general maintenance and troubleshooting πΉ Comfortable working independently and as part of a team πΉ Knowledgeable about safety practices πΉ Basic computer skills - able to use email and electronic work order systems πΉ Reliable, hardworking, and ready to roll up your sleeves
