  • TRAVEL HISTOLOGIST TECH (732)
  • DAYS SHIFT : 6 AM to 230 PM or shift two 7 AM to 330 PM
  • 13 WEEK ASSIGNMENT, 36 HOURS
  • MUST BE A CERTIFIED HISTO TECH (HTL) WITH IMMUNOHISTOCHEMISTRY STAINS AND TROUBLESHOOTING OF PROGRAMS AND PROTOCOLS.
  • 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN HOSPITAL SETTING REQUIRED
  • MUST BE FLEXIBLE

Job Requirements

  • HTL certification from ASCP is required (not just HT cert)
  • 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN HOSPITAL SETTING REQUIRED

  • Lab – Histology
  • Number of Staff – 2 FTEs
  • Day Shift – 2 Histotechs
  • Night Shift - None
  • Type of equipment – 2 Roche Benchmark Ultra IHC stainers, 1 Roche Special Stainer, 3 Sakura tissue processors, 1 – Thermo fisher Embedding system, 4 – Thermo Fisher slide labelers, 1 – Sakura H&E Stainer / Coverslipper, 4 – Leica Microtomes
