As a highly-skilled and compassionate RN in the Women's Unit, you will provide direct patient care in the Postpartum/Couplet setting, working to create individualized care plans through assessment and planning.
**Responsibilities of the Role**
- Assessment and planning for individualized patient care.
- Nursing duties as needed in the continuum of care for all areas of Maternal Child health.
- Ability to assist physicians with procedures in Postpartum care and the Newborn Nursery.
- Participation in process improvement efforts and activities for the department.
**Requirements**
- Associate or Bachelors Degree in Nursing.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support or Adv Life Support Obstetrics must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
