What You'll Do
As a Corporate Operations & Logistics Specialist, you'll play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly. You'll support branch operations, manage assets, ensure safety compliance, maintain vendor relationships, and help streamline key processes that keep our business moving forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Fleet & Travel Support: Assist with fleet telematics, insurance updates, and travel to branches for inventory counts, renovations, and relocations.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure all branches maintain proper safety equipment, including PPE, fire extinguishers, and signage, while staying compliant with regulations.
- Facility & Equipment Management: Track and coordinate maintenance and repairs for branch assets, including vehicles, equipment, and buildings.
- Procurement & Vendor Management: Maintain preferred vendor lists, oversee purchasing, and coordinate vendor contracts for services and repairs.
- Operational Support: Manage the operations helpdesk ticket system, assist with facility repairs, and track monthly fuel usage.
- Warehouse & Inventory Support: Support new warehouse setups, maintain material handling equipment records, and conduct periodic inventory checks.
- Driver & Compliance Tracking: Maintain driver records, certifications, and ensure compliance with transportation regulations.
- Financial & Reporting Assistance: Process operational invoices, prepare reports, and assist with monthly operations meetings.
- 1-3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or administrative support.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with sharp attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to travel as needed to support branch operations.
- Excellent communication and vendor management skills.
