About the Receiving Associate Job:
Move freight and other materials to and from the loading dock or delivery vehicles using hand truck, pallet jack, forklift.
Identify and sort items that need to be tagged or mark them with identifying information.
Examine and verify shipment contents and compare with records, such as bills of lading, packing lists, manifests, invoice or purchase orders.
Inspect the product for damage, noting details of any damage on the freight bill.
Record receiving documentation and properly enter all receiving information into the correct computer system.
Communicate any issues related to receiving such as damages, shortages, wrong or missing items.

What We Need From You:
Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or GED; strongly prefer at least 1 year of related pipe yard and material handler experience. Must have experience and been through training certification for using a fork lift. Receiving experience is preferred.
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have basic computer knowledge and experience.
Location: You must live within a reasonable distance from the Distribution Center. This job is NOT remote and requires you to enter the center every workday.
Physical Ability: You must be able to lift up to 50lbs and perform functions such as crouching, kneeling, and balancing.
