What You'll Do:
🔹 Be a Strategic Partner - Work with leadership to develop HR strategies that align with business goals and drive organizational success.
🔹 Shape Talent & Culture - Lead talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development to attract and retain top talent.
🔹 Support Change & Growth - Guide teams through change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions that strengthen our organization.
🔹 Foster Employee Engagement - Serve as an advocate for employees, ensuring a positive, values-driven work environment.
🔹 Ensure Compliance & Best Practices - Stay ahead of employment laws and company policies to protect and enhance our workforce.
🔹 Leverage HR Data & Insights - Use metrics and analytics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
What You Bring:
✔ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
✔ 5-7 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a strategic HRBP role.
✔ Strong relationship-building and communication skills-able to influence at all levels.
✔ Expertise in HR best practices, including talent management, employee relations, and compliance.
✔ Willingness to travel regionally to ensure hands-on HR support across multiple locations.
✔ Proficiency in HRIS and HR technology to drive efficiency and insights.
Preferred Qualifications:
✨ HR Certifications (SHRM-SCP, SPHR, etc.).
✨ Experience in industrial distribution, manufacturing, or a similar industry.
✨ A proven track record of successfully leading HR initiatives and projects.
