What You'll Do On The Job

• Assists the Branch Operations Manager in the daily management and operation of the branch
• Provides operations and logistics support within the branch..
• Ensures that the daily Billing Preview Process has been completed, ensuring that each day's billing is ready for processing via Billtrust.
• Apply freight costs to all sales orders (POs from motor freight, UPS, FedEx) and add the Freight costs to customers invoices.
• Maintaining positive relationships with all customers, vendors and manufacturer representatives.
• Providing exceptional customer service with order statuses and customer requirements.
• Ensuring close collaboration and communication with company resources including distribution, procurement, accounting, outside sales and product specialists.

What We Need From You

• Education and/or Experience: Prefer Bachelor's degree (BA) and 3 years in the distribution industry, preferably in operations management.
• Computer Skills: Individuals should be adept with computers and ideally have Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) experience and/or CRM experience. Solar Eclipse experience is heavily preferred.
• Location: You should live within a reasonable distance from the branch location . Training for this job is in person, and the ideal candidate will work in the office. Remote flexibility is possible, but not preferred.
