As a member of our team, you'll be immersed in the world of industrial pipe, valves, and fittings (PVF) and commercial plumbing products, gaining extensive knowledge and expertise that is second to none.
What You'll do on the Job:
- Developing accurate product sales quotes which include product specifications, lead times, pricing and logistics.
- Providing prompt responses with all customer's orders including new and existing customers, making sure sales orders are fulfilled promptly.
- Maintaining positive relationships with all vendors and manufacturer representatives.
- Providing exceptional customer service as you keep track of order statuses and customer requirements.
- Ensuring close collaboration and communication with company resources including procurement, accounting, outside sales and product specialists.

What We Need From You:
- Education and/or Experience: Prefer Bachelor's degree (BA) from four-year college or university and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Computer Skills: Individuals should be adept with computers and ideally have Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) experience and/or CRM experience. Solar Eclipse experience is heavily preferred.
- Location: You should live within a reasonable distance from the branch location . Training for this job is in person, and the ideal candidate will work in the office. Remote flexibility is possible, but not preferred.
