About the Role
We're seeking a motivated Outside Sales Account Manager to join our industrial distribution sales team and drive growth in the Durham, NC market. If you're passionate about building relationships, solving problems, and delivering exceptional customer service, this role is for you!
What You'll Do :
- Develop Relationships : Build and maintain strong connections with existing and potential customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Promote Our Products : Sell and market our extensive portfolio of PVF and commercial plumbing products.
- Organize Training & Presentations : Host technical training sessions, lunch-and-learns, and business presentations for customers.
- Execute the Sales Process : Manage the full sales cycle, from initial inquiries and quotations to delivery and follow-up.
- Collaborate Across Teams : Work closely with inside sales, procurement, accounting, and product specialists to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Deliver Exceptional Service : Monitor sales order statuses and ensure prompt responses to customer requirements.
