What You'll Do as an Intern
First 5 Weeks : Get hands-on experience in operations (receiving, order processing, shipping) and complete safety, forklift, and ERP / database training.
Next 5 Weeks : Shadow inside and outside sales teams, retail counter reps, and learn sales processes.
Capstone Project : Work on a strategic business initiative and present findings to our Executive Leadership Team .
Who We're Looking For
- Rising senior pursuing a degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics , or related field
- Interest in industrial sales and distribution
- Comfortable working in a distribution center environment
- Strong team player with attention to detail and a drive to learn
