Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator / Order Picker / Material Handler / Delivery Driver

As an Eastern associate, you'll be immersed in the world of industrial pipe, valves, and fittings (PVF), gaining extensive knowledge and expertise that is second to none.
What You'll Do on the Job :
- Checks all material received via Motor Freight Carriers, UPS / FedEx or customer returns.
- Pulls orders for shipment from warehouse and pipe yard inventory utilizing RF gun and forklift equipment.
- Stages and prepares orders for shipment while ensuring the items are packaged neatly.
- Completes all shipping paperwork promptly monitoring closely for any errors or quality discrepancies.
- Loads & Secures orders onto Eastern vehicles, using forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
- Delivers orders to local customers and distribution centers, s afely driving Eastern vehicles that includes pick-up truck, dually, and 26ft flatbed truck.

What We Need From You :
Education and / or Experience : High school diploma or GED; strongly prefer at least 1 year of related warehouse, material handler, forklift operation, distribution and delivery experience.
RF gun experience and Box, Flatbed, or Dually Truck driving experience is strongly preferred.
Computer Skills : To perform this job successfully, an individual should have basic computer knowledge and experience.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations : Medical Certificate / Health Card following Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration regulations.
Valid Driver's License. Safe driving record.
Physical Ability : You must be able to lift up to 50lbs and perform functions such as crouching, kneeling, and balancing.
