Responsibilities
- Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs
- Initiate appropriate nursing interventions
- Provide care tailored to the condition and age of the patient
- Document medical necessity in the medical record
- Contribute to Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient
- Perform timely and accurate QI assessments
