Hauling Coordinator/Dispatcher

Currently we are looking for a Hauling Coordinator/Dispatcher to help support our New Jersey Region (Territories:  Maple Shade, Vineland, Piscataway, Montville and Montgomery branches). This Central Hauling Coordinator will primarily be responsible for scheduling/billing all hauling for the branches listed and their departments within: Service, Sales, Rentals, Allied, etc.   Main Duties: Experience coordinating weight/measurement loads per the DOT capacity regulations on each rollback / tractor trailer Coordinate 5 to 6 drivers over the New Jersey Region- plus outside hauling Ability to operate equipment Work with Rental Dept., Service Dept. and sales representatives to coordinate Hauling of lift trucks and material handling equipment to customers as needed. Responsible for approving & accurately processing vendor invoices. Track and log inventory notes via in house software computer program (NDS).  Transfer equipment accurately in NDS when changing branch locations. Manage and maintain an accurate Hauling Log – for each branch (shared server file) Responsible for work order billing for hauling. Assist with answering incoming phone call(s) from customers and responding in a timely manner. Requirements: Customer service focused. Team Communication focused.
