Main Duties:
Manage online billing portals
Set-up and maintain customer accounts
Communicate job status with customers
Schedule customer repairs
Manage work in process
Open and close work orders
Crosstrain to assist with dispatching technicians when needed
Assist Parts Department with parts requests and orders
Requirements:
Unwavering customer service drive and focus
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional follow-up and attention to detail
Dispatch experience helpful
Must be a team player
Strong typing skills
Stable work history
Must be a quick learner, assertive and outgoing
Strong computer skills (Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel)
