Skills required : Critical care experience including airway and ventilator management, ABG puncture and analysis, Non-invasive ventilation, code blue and rapid response experience, inhaled medication administration.
Equipment Used : Servo U, Servo I, Hamilton T1, Trilogy, V60, V30, EV300 (Drager for NICU Only)
Support within the Department : Lead / Charge, Manager, Assistant Manager, RT Educator, Medical Director
Charting System : Cerner
Floating Required : Float to other trained units only
Orientation : 1 general orientation shift with RT Educator, 1 shift per each unit trained to (generally 4-5 shifts)
