Appliance Service Coordinator
Appliance Service Dispatch - SUPERSTARS ONLY PLEASE
Eastern Marketing is a distributor of Luxury Appliances. Our team members are committed to delivering a world-class appliance service experience for our customers every day.
You are the first point of contact for our customers so you are a critical member of our service team. You will listen to the customer's issue, offer immediate advice and a solution or schedule them for a service call. You will use mapping software and our system to efficiently route and schedule our technicians or 3rd party service companies. Training will be provided so you are an expert on appliance use and care. You Must have excellent verbal and writing skills, enjoy working on the phone.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Inputting customer information into the ServicePro Software accurately
- Communicate effectively with all service Customers and respond back to them accordingly to their preferred method of communication, whether by phone, text, or email.
- Thorough knowledge of all products.
BBQ Grills, Cooking Appliances, Refrigerators, Range Hoods, Dishwashers, Garbage Disposals and Laundry
- Schedule and Dispatch to our technicians as well as 3rd party service companies
Required Experience:

- Outstanding phone skills and follow up
