Yard Lead

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Yard Foreman to join our team at EB Metal US. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring that our yard operations run smoothly and efficiently. This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• 
  Maintain and organize staging areas throughout the day to ensure trucks can be loaded efficiently.
• Support Operations and Transportation Managers by keeping them updated on progress and potential issues.
• Coordinate and oversee the activities of yard staff to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels of materials and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist with product breakdowns of full skids down to partial skids.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or construction environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime, as required.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor tasks and operate yard equipment.
