HR Recruiter
FLSA: Hourly / Non – Exempt
Revision Date: May 6, 2021
Purpose of position: Under general supervision, facilitate the interviewing, hiring and onboarding of new employees.
Duties and Responsibilities: The following duties are typical of those performed by employees in this job title; however, employees may perform other related duties, and not all duties listed are necessarily performed by each employee in the job title:
- Contact selected applicants and schedule interviews
- Meet with applicants post interview to help expedite the pre-hire screenings
- Monitor pre-hire screenings for results
- Assist warehouse supervisors and manager with onboarding of new hire
- Follow up with new employees post hire to aid with new hire retention
Qualifications:
- High School diploma preferred
- 2 years of clerical or administrative experience
- Strong phone customer service skills
- Proactive customer service, excellent communication and follow up, detail oriented, motivated, self-starter with a high work ethic along with good analytical problem solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook and experienced working with computers and the ability to learn, navigate and use designated software programs as required to perform job functions
- Must be able to work independently in a fast paced environment and have the ability to interact professionally and positively with others within the department and organization
