Position Summary
The Summer Marketing Intern will support the Marketing Department by assisting in day-to-day activities and participating in projects related to catalog production & distribution, samples coordination for Endeck and EMS and social media. This position offers hands-on experience in marketing activities and provides opportunities to contribute to meaningful projects.
Essential Duties / Responsibilities
- Support catalog production & distribution, including content organization, proofreading, and coordination with the team.
- Aid in the coordination, preparation, and distribution of Endeck and EMS product samples.
- Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Help maintain the image library used by the sales team and for marketing purposes.
- Assist with website content and updates using platforms such as Unilog, WordPress and HubSpot.
- Contribute to the creation and management of promotional materials and company newsletters.
- Helping preparing for trade shows (samples, displays and literature review)
- Perform administrative tasks related to marketing activities and projects.
