About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Prevention Specialist to join our team in Rosebud County. As a key member of our prevention services team, you will be responsible for delivering evidence-based practices to prevent underage drinking and marijuana use. Your primary focus will be on training and presentations to community groups, agencies, and youth on substance abuse prevention.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training programs and presentations to community groups, agencies, and youth on substance abuse prevention
- Participate in local coalitions with shared goals around substance abuse prevention
- Collaborate with community stakeholders to promote effective prevention strategies
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of prevention programs
