Job Title: Children’s System of Care Coordinator
Employer: Greater Oregon Behavioral Health, Inc. (GOBHI)
Location: Remote (home office within Eastern Oregon region or accepted radius)
Salary: $50,000–$60,000 DOE ( additional compensation for Spanish bilingual skills)
Role Overview:
The Children’s System of Care Coordinator supports GOBHI’s Wraparound program compliance, data management, and operational standards. This role involves data collection, training, coaching, event planning, and collaboration with diverse stakeholders to improve care systems for youth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage youth data in Wraparound databases (WFI EZ, TOMS 2.0).
- Provide backup as TOMS Administrator and train Children’s Teams on Certificate of Need processes.
- Coordinate certificates of need with psychiatrists.
- Plan and support meetings, workshops, and trainings.
- Track and report Flex Fund spending and review funding requests.
- Develop and sustain local review committees and workgroups.
- Offer individual/group coaching to Wraparound Care Coordinators.
Qualifications:
- Preferred: 2 years as a Wraparound Care Coordinator.
- Bachelor’s degree in health/human services or equivalent experience.
- Proficient in MS and Google Suite, especially Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
