Eastern Oregon University (EOU) is excited to announce that it is currently accepting applications, for an Assistant Women's Lacrosse Coach. This position is a part-time, .23 FTE, 8-Month position in the Athletics Department and reports directly to the Head Women's Lacrosse Coach.
The Assistant Assistant Women's Lacrosse Coach assists the head coach in all facets of the program to develop an elite NAIA Women's Lacrosse program that will be competitive and advance the team in the competition, academics, and in the community. The successful candidate will be self-motivated and possess the ability to lead, teach and coach student-athletes in a challenging environment with a strong lacrosse mindset. The assistant coach will have a strong focus on recruiting and coaching instruction as well as building a strong and successful team culture.
