What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Eastern Petroleum Corporation?
- Respond to and process all customer calls in a prompt and professional manner
- Gather customer?s information accurately and determine the issue by evaluating the symptoms and dispatch accordingly.
- Always communicate clearly and respectfully with callers, restating information when necessary to insure the caller?s understanding.
- Inform customers of any fees, safety instructions, policies and procedures that may affect the outcome of their situation.
- Input clear, complete and concise documentation in notes on account.
- Follow up on open calls in a timely manner
- for answering phone calls, taking orders for delivery and logging into Cargas for delivery. Assist customers at the front counter with payment, credit applications, and various questions for service and delivery.
- Must maintain a positive attitude, be a team player, demonstrate a high level of customer service. Good oral and written communication.
- Must have good listening skills.
