What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance/Warehouse Associate position at Eastern Petroleum Corporation?
Maintenance Technician is responsible for general maintenance, non-trade, items within the convenience store chain. As a warehouse associate, responsbilbe for organization of overall warehouse, receiving and delivery of certain products.
- Maintain store equipment by troubleshooting and repairing as needed
- Provide general maintenance to EP Mart convenience stores as dispatched to include, but not limited to, the following:
- Lighting
- Painting
- Cleaninf of certain fixtures and/or equipment
- HVAC
- Water Filters
- Petroleum basic maintenance (water filters, paintin of ill caps, lighting, dispenser filters, etc.)
- Perform preventive maintenance on specifice equipment
- Required to participtae in training for existing and new equipment
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Assist LP gas division with needs as they arise (helper on install jobs, painting tanks and cylinders, assist at plant as needed)
- Deliver supplies to stores as needed
- Cut grass as assigned for EP properties
- Receive goods and place in dedicated areas for certain items - ensures check in of items are checked and received
- Lead inventory of warehouse housed products
- Fills requests from stores and schedules and/or delivers items
- Always maintains safety protocols
