The primary responsibilities of the Customer Support & Accounts Receivables Specialist are as follows:
Customer Support:
- Sales Orders Processing
- Sales Representative Support
- Customer Profile Management
Accounts Receivables:
- Deposits
- Account Reconciliation & Aging Reports
- Customer Categories & Portfolio Management
Other:
- Prepare and present Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly Reports
- Work closely with Sales Manager to create specials and Weekly Sales Features
- Help standardize and make recommendations to enhance company procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer support, accounts receivables, or a similar role.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (mainly Excel).
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus.
- Bi-lingual (English & Spanish); Portuguese is a plus.
