General Description:
Eastern Quality Vending, Inc, is a food service / vending company. We are looking to hire for Full-time Assistant Cafeteria Manager.
Essential Duties:
- Manage employees and food production.
- Ensure that cafeteria operations follow all sanitation and health regulations and that meals meet nutritional standards.
- Daily sales reporting.
- Fill in for Cook, Server and cashier as needed.
- Manage catering events
- Bank Deposits daily along with company paperwork
- Ordering, Organizing, Cleaning
Education & Experience:
- Must have 1 years of Food Service experience
- Serve Safe Certified a plus.
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- May need to work some nights and weekends, depending on staffing needs
